Karthikeyan Velu is a seasoned telecom finance leader, with over two decades of experience, combining deep domain expertise and strong business partnering experience. He has worked across Circle commercial, Shared Services, Revenue Assurance and Category commercial roles. His most recent role was as B2C controller overseeing all circles commercial operations and partnering with the leadership teams responsible for the Consumer Business. He is currently Group Financial Controller for Airtel. Karthikeyan has a Masters in Business Administration (Finance) and a Bachelors in Engineering. Karthikeyan joined Airtel as Management Trainee in 2002.

Marut Dilawari is the Chief Executive Officer of our Company, since November 12, 2022. He holds a master’s degree in business administration from Maharshi Dayanand University, Rohtak. He holds a postgraduate certificate in business management from XLRI, Jamshedpur. Prior to joining our Company, he was associated with Escotel Mobile Communications Limited, Bharti Cellular Limited, Aditya Birla Retail Limited and Tata Teleservices Limited.

Rabi has over two decades of experience in sales and business leadership with FMCG and beverages industries. He has worked with Hershey’s, Diageo, Mondelez, and PepsiCo. Rabi has completed his PG Diploma in Advertising and Mass Communications from SIBM, Pune.

Vinayak is a qualified Chartered Accountant and had joined Airtel Group in 2019 in Airtel Business and since then has done various roles partnering the commercial, global and domestic teams. He has a cross industry experience working with organizations like Rivigo and Goldman Sachs. In his current role, he has been instrumental in driving several initiatives for cost optimization and revenue extraction. He has collaborated with cross functional teams for evaluation & launch of new digital products as well.

Vinod is an MBA and has a rich experience of 14+ years with strong track record of delivering result with deep commercial expertise. In his first stint, Vinod was part of Commercial team at various roles in NESA till 2016. He had re-joined Bharti group in 2018 and has done multiple roles across circles like KTN, MPCG and Mumbai.
